			<description><![CDATA[ Mom and I went in this morning so that mom could get the regular seasonal flu shot and the H1N1 shot, the health unit was doing a public health clinic at our
civic center. All the fliers sent out said it was for everybody, and it was from 8am to 6pm, we get there and find out they changed it to 9am to 7pm, and only
for at risk/high risk people. I can&#39;t have the shots because of allergies, but we figured mom would be considered high risk because she has only one
working lung and asthma,... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ FYI, to those who are dying to try those vegan cheeses out there that haven&#39;t been available (easily) in Canada, the online store VivaGranola is now
offering Teese and will soon offer Daiya and cheezly too.

Has anyone tried anyone of those and are they worth it? The only vegan cheese available to me locally are Follow your heart/Earth Island and I don&#39;t like
it too much. I have tried sheese but wasn&#39;t over the moon over it either.

			<title><![CDATA[ Quick veggie stock? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>A lot of vegan recipes seem to call for vegetable stock...unfortunately, I have a severe sensitivity to MSG and can&#39;t use the store-bought kind.
I&#39;ve tried looking up recipes to make it myself, but they all require at least an hour to make, which I usually don&#39;t have time for.</p>

<p>So I was wondering if anyone had some ideas for how I could make either some quick vegetable stock or something that would be a suitable substitute. So far,

			<title><![CDATA[ sore paw ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ One of our babies ripped her nail off a back paw, while running around the yard.   It happened one week ago and we thought it was healing (the toe wasn&#39;t
hurt, but it&#39;s as though her nail was cut off right at the base of the toe).  It&#39;s started bleeding again and she didn&#39;t seem herself yesterday.  
Not sure if the vet could really do anything....it does not look infected.  Any advice? ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ My fiance and I are planning a wedding for June of 2010. The place we are looking at for both the ceremony and reception provides their own caterers and we
wouldn&#39;t be allowed to bring any outside caterers. They did mention that as they want to customize it to our needs, it may be difficult to provide a vegan
meal. Mind you, it is all buffet style so we really only have to stick to one main dish. On their menu samples they only have one (almost) vegetarian option
