Vegan Dining in Tulsa, OK.........is very very tricky and nearly non-existent. Just recently we did get a very small restaurant called Pure Raw Cafe and its vegan but also rawfood. We do have Whole Foods that has a Hot Bar and Salad Bar that provides another option. Be Le Vegetarian Restaurant is here its an Asian restaurant that takes typical "chinese" dishes and use tofu, tempeh, etc to be mock meats. I wouldnt certify it as vegan though. Not sure if dairy or eggs are...

Niagara Falls, NY

Hey! We just got back from a weekend in Niagara Falls, NY. We stayed at the Elizabeth House Bed & Breakfast. This place is not "vegan" but the owner made me vegan breakfasts every morning! One morning the breakfast for everyone else was juevos rancheros, so she made me tofu rancheros. It was SOOO good. It was served with fresh salsa and avacado. Italy - looking for tips

I am leaving on Friday for a quick trip to Italy to celebrate my hubby's 50th. The main cities will be going to are Rome, Venice, Florence, Milan with day trips to Verona, Pisa and Orvieto. I would love any tips or suggestions anyone might have for great places to see and vegan friendly options as well.

Hi,

I am going to Guatemala in March and I was wondering if any of you had ever been there and if you had recommendations regarding the attractions and the food.

I know they eat a lot of beans there, but I don't know if it's like frijoles in Mexico (cooked with lard) or like in Costa Rica, where I can always eat beans.

I'm so excited! I just booked my first real vacation in about 10 years! I'm going to a yoga retreat in Costa Rica over the Christmas hols! The meals are all included and are ALL vegetarian. They said there won't be any trouble making me vegan meals! I'm going to do yoga at sunrise and sunset, zip through the canopy of the rainforest, lie on a beach (hopefully there will be some shade for my lilly white butt to sit in), read a book in a hammock, hike through the rainforest.........

I am moving from a (very vegan friendly) hippy town in B.C., to Europe for a couple years.

I will be working visaing/traveling/living in Ireland and the U.K, but also will hopefully be traveling to most countries in Europe as well.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a vegan in europe> Places to visit, eat, things to bring???

Europe Trip this summer!

When I graduate from college in May, the boy and I are going with a friend of ours for a month-long trip to Europe. We will be spending time in London, Wales, Paris, the south of France, Prague, and Dublin. I'm trying to research vegan food options in these places. Anyone been to Vienna? It's my mom's 70th Birthday today (happy birthday mom) and I just spoke to her and one of my sisters. We were talking about getting together (us four girls and mom) to celebrate her 70th, us give haven't been together for over 20 years, pretty well since I moved to Canada.
