its vegan but also rawfood.   We do have Whole Foods that has a Hot Bar and Salad Bar that provides another option.   Be Le Vegetarian Restaurant is here its
an Asian restaurant that takes typical &quot;chinese&quot; dishes and use tofu, tempeh, etc to be mock meats.  I wouldnt certify it as vegan though.  Not sure

			<description><![CDATA[ I'm so excited! I just booked my first real vacation in about 10 years! I'm going to a yoga retreat in Costa Rica over the Christmas hols! The meals are all included and are ALL vegetarian. They said there won't be any trouble making me vegan meals! I'm going to do yoga at sunrise and sunset, zip through the canopy of the rainforest, lie on a beach (hopefully there will be some shade for my lilly white butt to sit in), read a book in a hammock, hike through the rainforest......... ]]></description>
