			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m tired of feeling bloated and crappy, so am going gluten &amp; yeast free for awhile to see if it helps. I know I&#39;m supposed to be on a yeast,
gluten, and sugar free diet, I did it for a couple years way back and felt good, but fell off..... It&#39;s getting to the point where I can&#39;t ignore the
symptoms anymore and need to make some changes regardless of how difficult my family makes it for me(father and brother). I&#39;ll know within a couple days if

			<description><![CDATA[ Just thought I&#39;d share with you my classic Vegan Hummus recipe.  It&#39;s always a winner and I use it to make veggie wraps.  It&#39;s my favorite way to
get my daily dose of raw veggies!

-1 (15oz) can of chickpeas, drained

-4 tbsp tahini
<br>
-4 tbsp lemon juice
<br>
-5 tbsp olive oil

-Paprika and olive oil, set aside

			<description><![CDATA[ Ridged gourd, sponge gourd, toray, silk gourd, loofah, several other names I can&#39;t remember.

I bought one of these in an Indian grocery store, and ate it.  It was good.
<br>
When young, it looks like a ridged cucumber (to which it is related).
<br>
When old and dry, it becomes a loofah sponge.
<br>
<br>
Peel off the ridges and the skin, and the flesh inside is a little spongy and white with a few edible seeds.
<br>
Cut into 3/4 inch chunks.

			<description><![CDATA[ OK, so after being afraid of collard greens for years, I finally decided to try them.

I&#39;d heard that you had to cook them for HOURS and with pork fat, so that scared me away.

For some reason I was under the impression they were bitter.  I was wrong.

Turns out, they are very mild.  You can eat them raw.  And if you cook them, they only need 20 minutes in a veggie broth simmer, and then maybe saute with a
