So, with a vegan diet is it common to experience heartburn more often and are there any foods that quickly relieve the pain? Also, I was wondering about oral
health, considering that there is a lot of acid in fruits does it attack enamel health and add to discoloration? Are there any studies that would say a vegan
diet is better or worse for enamel? Just curious..

I've never had heartburn, and fresh fruit (especially apples) are great for your teeth.

Interesting...... I just recently noticed that my stomach was 'sore' after eating a banana.... and I thought, "WTF?" It's a banana for
pete's sake! hmmmmm......learned something new again today! that's why I love coming here..... you guys are so smart!
