A lot of vegan recipes seem to call for vegetable stock...unfortunately, I have a severe sensitivity to MSG and can't use the store-bought kind. I've tried looking up recipes to make it myself, but they all require at least an hour to make, which I usually don't have time for.
So I was wondering if anyone had some ideas for how I could make either some quick vegetable stock or something that would be a suitable substitute. So far, I've just been using salt water, which works but really isn't great. Or if you know of any brands of vegetable stock that don't use MSG, that would be great as well. Thanks!
